t bajji Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the t bajji platform ("Platform" or "Service") and its users ("User"). t bajji ("Company", "we") operates this platform and owns all services provided on it.

By accessing this platform or using any of its services, you are considered to have voluntarily and knowingly agreed to all of the terms below. If you disagree with even one of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

These terms are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any conflict in interpretation, the Bengali version shall take precedence. t bajji reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and users will be notified of any changes.

2.1 Age Limit and Eligibility

To open an account on t bajji and use any service, the user must be 21 years of age or older. t bajji has the full right to verify the information provided at registration and may request a government-issued ID for age verification.

Each individual may register only one account. If a person is found to have multiple accounts, those accounts will be suspended or cancelled and the associated balance may be withheld.

2.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

All information provided at registration must be completely true and accurate. If false information is provided, t bajji reserves the right to cancel the account and forfeit the balance. If any information changes, the platform's support team must be notified as soon as possible.

• Providing your full name, correct mobile number and a valid email address is mandatory.
• Your date of birth must be stated correctly — it cannot be changed later.
• Payment method details must match the name on the account.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

t bajji may verify the identity of any user when required. A national ID card, passport or other government-issued document may be requested for verification. The withdrawal process may be put on hold until verification is complete.

It is your responsibility to keep your t bajji account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Never share your login details with any third party.

If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account, contact our customer service immediately. The company will not be held responsible for any misuse of the account, but once reported, an investigation will be carried out and necessary action will be taken.

• Use a strong password — combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and special characters.
• Avoid logging in over public Wi-Fi.
• Log out properly when you are done using your account.
• Do not enable the "Remember me" option on devices shared by multiple people.

No t bajji staff member will ever ask for your password. If you are asked for your password, treat it as a fraud attempt and notify us immediately.

4.1 Deposits

The following payment methods can be used to deposit money on t bajji: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 — the same for all methods.

• Deposits must be sent from your own personal payment account.
• Deposits through a third party are not permitted.
• Refunding money sent to the wrong account may take time and will require verification.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process. Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay or bank transfer.

• Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily on hold while an active bonus wagering requirement is in progress.
• Additional verification may be requested for suspicious transactions.
• All applicable taxes and charges at the time of withdrawal are the user's own responsibility.

t bajji offers various types of bonuses from time to time. Each bonus has its own terms, which are stated in the offer details. Some general rules are listed below.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. A wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount must be completed before the bonus can be withdrawn. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will give a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200; to withdraw the bonus, wagering of ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000 must be completed.

5.2 General Bonus Usage Rules

• A bonus can be claimed on one account only once, unless stated otherwise in the offer.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement is completed.
• Multiple accounts or multiple members of the same household cannot claim a bonus from the same device.
• If any irregularity is detected in a bonus claim, t bajji reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
• A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required for all promotional bonuses, including the weekly t bajji Deposit Festival, Slots Fun Bonus and Friday Cricket Dhamaka.

Bonuses are added to the balance only — no bonus funds are given as direct cash. Once the wagering requirement is fully met, the winnings earned become withdrawable.

6.1 Rules for Placing Bets

Once a bet is confirmed on t bajji, it cannot be cancelled. The outcome of each bet will be determined according to the rules of the relevant sport or game. If any game or bet remains incomplete due to a technical issue, t bajji will review it and communicate the decision.

6.2 Cricket and Sports Betting

If a cricket match is cancelled or abandoned, the bet amount is generally refunded. However, different rules may apply to the portion of the match that was completed. If any technical error is found in the display of odds, t bajji has the full right to make corrections.

6.3 Casino Gaming

All casino games use an RNG (Random Number Generator), which ensures the fairness of results. There is no possibility of any manipulation in game outcomes and each round is determined independently.

• If the internet connection is lost during a game session, the result of a round that has already started will be stored on the server.
• In live casino games, the dealer's decision shall be considered final.
• Rules specific to special game types, including fishing and shooting games, can be found in the interface of the respective game.

The following activities are completely prohibited on the t bajji platform. If such activities are detected, the account will be cancelled immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited.

• Opening multiple accounts or using someone else's account.
• Placing deliberate bets with the intent of abusing bonuses or promotions.
• Playing games through any form of cheating, software bots or automated methods.
• Using the platform for money laundering or legitimising illegal funds.
• Attempting to fix outcomes in coordination with other users.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Registering using a false identity or fraudulent documents.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.

If anyone is found to be involved in any of the above activities, the company may share relevant information with the appropriate authorities if necessary.

We sincerely apologise for any temporary inconvenience caused by service changes. Users will be notified in a timely manner about any significant changes.

t bajji will not be held liable for the following:

• Any game or bet remaining incomplete due to a problem with your own device or internet connection.
• Problems caused by the failure or delay of a third-party payment system.
• Unauthorised access to the account resulting from you sharing your own login details.
• Any external circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, communication outages, etc.).
• Where expected earnings from gaming or betting are not realised.

t bajji's maximum liability for any single incident will be limited to the amount involved in that incident. If you have any legal concerns regarding use of the service, please contact customer support immediately.

Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you may request that your account be closed.
